- Dogs and cats should be given names that they can pronounce. No dog will be able to pronounce "Ruby" so calling her that is silly. Call her something she can say, so she can give her own name when asked.

- Here's a thing: When it comes to awards, service levels, etc., you often get bronze, silver and gold. But sometimes there's also platinum, and it always sits higher than gold. Yet, for at least A DECADE now, gold has been more valuable than platinum.
- We're thinking of beefing up our adult education programme. What would interest you? Ancient crafts? Latin lessons? Archaeological skills? Something else? Something specific? Let us know and we'll tell Head Office. They'll probably ignore us, but at least we tried.

- Ok, more serious answer. What did the Romans use for outdoor signs? They must have had them. Engraved tablets or anything fancier? Only some of the outdoor signage at the Palace is starting to look quite tired now, so I wonder whether you could combine a course with people making authentic signs?

- Or make it move around the regions. A week here, a week there. There’s plenty of spaces big enough to accommodate it. Two benefits: 1) expose those in power to what’s going in around the country, 2) those in it for themselves rather then the public good will probably get pissed off and drop out.
