Combining single-objective light-sheet microscopy and time-resolved SPAD array detection, we massively accelerate fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM) compared to confocal FLIM, making FLIM applicable to 3D specimen such as organoids and embryos. www.nature.com/articles/s42...
