They are generated and signed by ICE officers themselves with no external oversight whatsoever. Here is a blank sample warrant. Note who signs off on it; an "immigration officer."
- Dems have repeatedly introduced legislation to provide an adequate number of judges to handle immigration cases. The GOP has opposed funding that. The GOP prefers to spend our tax $$ on ICE instead (75 BILLION) & to ignore 4th Amendment rights for "all persons" as guaranteed in the constitution.

- Watch the "agent" in the gray coat. He takes the gun in his R hand, moves about 10 ft AWAY from victim observer Pretti. So Pretti (who had only been "wielding" his cell phone) was disarmed AFTER being piled on by multiple ICE.
