- Installed #Rstats for the first time in a year - my laptop ran out of battery before I managed to install 2 libraries... 🤕 After working with `uv` for some time, I don't think I can suffer this experience :pain:
- One more reason to love Python! Thank you for staying true to your values ❤️
- TLDR; The PSF has made the decision to put our community and our shared diversity, equity, and inclusion values ahead of seeking $1.5M in new revenue. Please read and share. pyfound.blogspot.com/2025/10/NSF-... 🧵

- New work from Iva Buljan @ivabuljan.bsky.social in our lab! We mapped how human tissue architecture changes with age using ~25k histology slides from 983 donors. This is the first body-wide atlas of human microanatomy. 📄 Preprint: www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1...
- We developed H&E-UTAG, an unsupervised method that detects recurrent microanatomical domains directly from H&E slides. It identified 218 domains across 40 tissues and 29 organs — revealing how cellular organization underlies organ function.

But finally, real scientists (instead of male scientists), are on the job & of course they’ve identified multiple markers in menstrual blood that point to noninvasive testing. www.science.org/content/arti...
