- Just left an ICE Protest in Portland OR that started at City Hall and marched to the ICE building. Main demand was "revoke" the lease that lets the agency use their building. Crowd was 500-1000. They gassed massively after about an hour. Had to pull a lot of 16-17 year old girls out of the gas.

- Yesterday, five-year-old Liam and his dad Adrian were released from Dilley detention center. I picked them up last night and escorted them back to Minnesota this morning. Liam is now home. With his hat and his backpack.

- the Eugene Police Department narrative that protesters broke a window and attempted to enter the federal building is a lie. The entire basis on which they declared a riot and CBP justified its later escalation was a lie.
- Just got gassed pretty good at the labor union anti-ICE protest in Portland. Massive march, 5-10k strong. Vibes were very much liberal rather than radical. Lots of kids and older folks. They gassed the whole crowd as soon as it marched on ICE, in broad daylight.

- I just got tear gassed along with thousands of union members, many of whom had their families with them. Federal agents at the ICE facility tear gassed children. We must abolish ICE, DHS, and we must have prosecutions. I expect to see enforcement of our city code prohibiting the use of tear gas.
