- I supported Don Lemon’s move into independent media, and he’s supported my work for years. Backstage at a recent panel, we talked about Trump inevitably coming after independent media. It was only a matter of time. Now Don has been arrested for doing journalism.

- Do not refer to Trump’s ICE goons as “law enforcement.” They are not enforcing the law. Here is an actual law enforcement professional, the police chief of Minneapolis. He’s sick of ICE and says it’s time for them to go.
- Kash Patel says “You cannot bring a firearm, loaded, with multiple magazines to any sort of protest that you want,” but that’s exactly what Kyle Rittenhouse did, and he was given the hero’s treatment by MAGA.
- The gun people say Americans need guns to defend against a tyrannical government. A guy with a legal gun shows up to confront a government acting tyrannical, and the government shoots him dead because he had a gun. Make it make sense.
- So the victim today was legally carrying his weapon. The weapon was taken from him before the shooting and THEN they shot him dead after disarming him.
- Federal agents killing civilians with no consequences makes escalation inevitable. Someone will retaliate and an agent will be killed. I oppose all violence. Impunity plus street-level killings is a recipe for chaos, and this is entirely predictable. This has to stop.
- Bovino says they are in cities to “deal with violence,” but ICE seems to be the cause of the violence rather than the solution
- ICE just wrestled a guy to the ground, beat him, then shot him. Appears to be dead
- Trump is so fragile that after “clipping a table” he got a bruise on his hand that looks like flesh rotting, but within mere days of getting hit by a bullet his ear was completely healed?

- It’s important not to excused immorality and incompetence as mental illness, and most “mentally ill” people would never do the things this administration is doing…but there are a shocking number of mentally ill people in positions of power in the Trump administration
- This is getting very, very bad, and quickly worse.
- Trump still has to pretend to be a big boy, but in the last 48 hours the Greenland nonsense imploded. Markets crashed, allies bailed, even some Republicans said not way. Trump will try to save face, but the Greenland farce is dead.

- ICE says a man died while in custody during a suicide attempt. It's extremely interesting wording because nowhere does it say the man died by suicide. I guess ICE killed him to prevent him from taking his own life?

- The MN shooting officer's bodycam video has now been released. It is one of the most incriminating pieces of video I've seen in an officer-involved shooting. Why on earth did he shoot a woman who was clearly no threat? Will there be charges?
