- BREAKING: Another immigrant has died after being held at the Imperial Regional Detention Facility in Calexico. ICE identified the person as Luis Beltran Yanez, a 68-year-old immigrant from Honduras. They said agents arrested Yanez in Newark in mid-November.
- New: ICE failed to meet a congressionally-mandated deadline to release more details about the in-custody death of Huabing Xie at an Imperial County detention center in late September. The agency did not respond to multiple requests for comment. www.kpbs.org/news/border-...
