- The shutdown comes at a time when mental health challenges remain disproportionately high among LGBTQ youth. "The survey found that 12% attempted suicide in the past year — with even higher rates among transgender and nonbinary respondents,".
- 🏳️🌈 A bill that would criminalize conversion therapy was proposed to Spain’s Congress of Deputies, on June 13. As of now conversion therapy constitutes an administrative offense, which has financial repercussions, not a criminal offense, which would have penal repercussions.
