- Premier Ford was in Barrie for a photo op to help further his and Mayor Nuttall's harmful narrative on PWUD and experiencing homelessness. Residents of this encampment told me neither man stepped foot inside the encampment or spoke with any residents. They used it as a backdrop for their photo op.

- I spoke with Pam yesterday about the atmosphere at the encampment and she said it's wasn't goid. People are tired and scared. Some have been evicted multiple times this year each time adding to trauma and a feeling of hopelessness.
