- There was an arepas place in Goose Creek, SC. They stuffed their arepas full of delicious stuff and had fried plantains to boot. My husband and I would stop there as the start of every road trip (and frequently for dinner). They closed suddenly and were replaced by a far more generic Mexican place.
- Sounds like a great time to go to locally owned Mexican places.

- Tripping over a purse that had been hanging on a chair. Sprained both my ankles - one bad enough that I was in a boot for 6 weeks.

- I was at a Ren Faire and my wallet fell out of my pocket without my knowledge. I had gotten a good 50' away and a young man handed it to me. I just about broke into tears as I went through the waves of fear at almost loosing it and then relief. I still feel like I did an awful job thanking him.
- My latest stained glass project. I think he's cute, but the solder line between the upright piece and the flat piece that is providing balance is SUPER fragile. He's also a bit small maybe? The smallest bits were tiny.

- --Glass work update-- Anyone working in stained glass knows that you end up with a bunch of scrap glass, so I've been doing a few mosaic projects.
- I had been excited about this game (Little Rocket Lab) after the demo. I bought it as soon as it came out, which is not a thing I normally do. This response to someone complaining about DEI in the game just absolutely reaffirms my choice. 💜

- No one thinks your use of a background color in your emails is good. It's annoying every time we reply and have to go through multiple steps to turn the color off and make things readable again. You wanna be creative? Use your freaking signature block like a normal person!
