- We’re moving in! Posters are going up, coffee is being ordered, and the countdown is real. Final prep before minds meet in Frankfurt. 2 days until we start #ConferenceVibes #RNAmods #HRP2025
- The conference print materials have arrived — and so has the excitement! 🧭 Our goal? To build the foundation for reproducible RNA mass spectrometry, where labs worldwide can trust and compare results. #HRP2025 #RNAstandards #SciModom
- In only 4 days, we’re combining theory and practice: the training module of HRP 2025 covers protocols, tools, and expert insights — from digestion to data analysis. Perfect for anyone entering the field or refreshing their skills. Hashtag#RNAtraining Hashtag#MassSpec Hashtag#HRP2025
- 6 days to go! Precision incoming: The Bruker instrument is now in set-up and ready for action! Thanks for everyone who made this possible! Can three platforms agree on what modified RNA looks like? Follow us and find out. #Bruker #LCMSMS #RNAmodification #HRP2025 (picture by Dirk Wunderlich)
- Behind every workshop, there’s serious logistics: last week we welcomed the Thermo system that will power part of our experimental module. Big thanks to everyone who made this happen! #MassSpec #ThermoFisher #RNAanalytics #HRP2025
- Our experimental module is the heart of the workshop: 3 platforms, 1 benchmark dataset, and a clear mission — harmonize how we measure modified RNA. Get ready to generate data that shapes the future. #Benchmarking #HRP2025 #RNAmods
- only 9 days left until the HRP Workshop 2025! Here’s a first look at our talks and breakout sessions: the program reflects the full diversity of the RNA modification field. Designed for discussion, connection, and community progress. #HRP2025 #OpenScience #Epitranscriptome #RNA

- We are happy to announce that we will host the 1st workshop of the human RNome project consortium in Frankfurt am Main this August. More information can be found at kaiser-lab.de
- The third is from Hagen, who studied artificial nucleases and their potential for rRNA removal. you can read up his work in PlosOne. Well done Hagen! journals.plos.org/plosone/arti...
- The second is from Nur. She originally wanted to use hydrazine for detection of pseudouridine in oligonucleotide mass spectrometry. Along her way, she uncovered an impressive reactivity towards 8 modified nucleosides and determined the reaction products. Well done Nur! www.nature.com/articles/s42...
- 2025 is treating us well. We have 3 papers from the Kaiser Lab accepted until now. The first is a study on the impact of 5-fluoruracil (5FU) on tRNA and rRNA modifications. Well done Max! academic.oup.com/nar/article/...
- Reposted by Kaiser LabLook forward to welcoming all participants in Frankfurt for some exciting science, building networks and having a good time 🤗🍀
