If he was Stephen Harper or Pierre Poilievre, I feel like this would be getting a lot more backlash. Carney of all people should know the importance of high-quality data and information about the country.

I’m not pitting cars against any other single mode of transport. I’m rejecting design that creates dependency on just one mode.
