- (2/4) Elizabeth Jennings Graham • 100 Years before Rosa Parks in July 1854 refused get off a streetcar for White patrons • She took her case to court claiming she had the same rights as White people and ultimately won • Her victory eventually led to the desegregation of all NYC Transit in 1873
