- Berkeley California, arguably one of the most historic NIMBY cities, has now legalized multifamily housing on all lots by an unanimous vote, with an allowable density of up to 70 units per acre. For those scoring at home, that's almost double the min allowance the Westminster Mayor calls communist.
- The Mayor of Westminster recently called apartment buildings "communist" in a public meeting now blames the "market" for not being able to build housing she doesn't want. Broomfields rent for a 1 bedroom apartment is higher than Denvers despite cheaper land. The City of Golden had a growth cap.
