- Das gestern im Bundestag beschlossene #Gewalthilfegesetz ist ein wichtiger Schritt zur Umsetzung der Istanbul-Konvention. Es soll den Opferschutz für Betroffene bei geschlechtsspezifischer und/oder häuslicher Gewalt stärken. Kernelement: Anspruch auf kostenfreie Schutz- und Beratungsangebote. (2/n)
- Um dieses ambitionierte Ziel zu erreichen, ist ein Ausbau der derzeitigen Hilfsangebote notwendig. Deswegen soll der Rechtsanspruch erst ab 2032 gelten — 14 Jahre (!) nach Inkrafttreten der Istanbul-Konvention in Deutschland.(n/n)
