Depends on what you're looking for. A lot of people value Obsidian's use of markdown, as it'll help keep their notes usable in other apps that support markdown even if Obsidian were to disappear. Obsidian is great for those who want to avoid vendor lock-in, but that's obviously not everyone's case.
