- Reposted by DuskfallEvery instance of "AI democratizes the arts, you're classist and ableist and a gatekeeper for trying to stop it" is a slap in the face to the literally centuries of poor, disabled people making art on the margins and a crass lie in service of a machine that strips down and regurgitates dreams
- I wonder if there's any ATProto flashcard tools in the works.
- I totally redesigned my personal website today. I left it in a rudimentary state months ago and forgot to do anything with it... It's still not the best, but it's much better than what I had before. That and I've created my first blog post :3
- Part of me wants to design a blog that works well with @margin.at's annotation styling. Though I don't know how that's really applied, how much it could be customized, or if changing it is even possible as a website owner.
- Have not worked on my personal website at all this weekend like I planned... I ended up creating a fork of my friend's website and updating everything to work using Jekyll instead =w= Was pretty fun though, so I guess I can't complain.
- Well I've just made my first @margin.at annotation; I'm liking it so far. It feels pretty clean, and I might(?) eventually replace raindrop.io with this. Who knows.
- ATProto-powered encyclopedia project when??? /hj
- Creating multiple notes for a given topic depending on its context/use is okay btw. I used to try putting all of my Obsidian notes into perfectly unambiguous folders, but it's impossible. A topic can often fit into several folders depending on context.
- Thymer alpha invite code acquired. Time to play around with this :3
- Spreading the Jekyll gospel to my friend who's new to making websites :3 On that note, I need to update my own personal site. It works, sort of... It still needs to have its styling majorly overhauled. I plan to try working on that tonight or tomorrow.
- Ough, my Obsidian graph has changed quite significantly this month, but I'm sticking to only posting it quarterly instead of monthly now. It's probably going to look ridiculous by March, so that's gonna be fun to show :3
- I love looking at people's Obsidian graphs. Even if many think they're functionally useless, it still feels really cool to see all of the graphs people have built up.
