- The only reason i ever set foot on 17th Ave these days is the Ship. I used to patronize other businesses too, some have moved, others are gone for good. If this project proceeds as is, and the Ship sinks, the area’s future as an entertainment hub could be jeopardized.
- One could argue that the Ship & Anchor is, in fact, an important amenity, but surely community builders know what’s best for the Beltline.
