- Now I’ve seen it all. Bought a bag of pretzels at the airport. You scan your card at exit, your item gets automatically scanned. But I got charged $17. Complained. The explanation? That’s just the holding charge. The $ will go back to your account. How did we mess EVERYTHING up?
