- OK, the place name sounded familiar, but I couldn't remember precisely where Alephi was...and it's just up the road from UMD. Definitely going to check them out when we get back East.

- FWIW, I grew up in Salisbury, so just south of delicious Scrappleland. 😆
- So my husband grew up in Argentina, & regularly ate "chicuelinas", which, as I understand it, are the same ingredients in Scrapple, but grilled, & I guess with different spices. The funny thing is, he DOES NOT like Scrapple, & I cannot eat chicuelinas. It's all in what you grew up with, I guess. 😁
