As a Pennsylvanian it is my birthright to enjoy scrapple and never give any thought to what it is made from.
So my husband grew up in Argentina, & regularly ate "chicuelinas", which, as I understand it, are the same ingredients in Scrapple, but grilled, & I guess with different spices. The funny thing is, he DOES NOT like Scrapple, & I cannot eat chicuelinas. It's all in what you grew up with, I guess. 😁
