I'm aware of a post currently circulating about my firm. I'm not going to deny the claims made in the post, but I can't confirm them either. I have not been made aware of any of the issues claimed by the clients.
This is not a place for excuses, so I will not offer any.

The fact that I wasn't given an opportunity to resolve any issues, either by communicating with the IRS or correcting the return, does not mean clients were not harmed.
