happening this morning in Minneapolis -- ICE agents drawing guns on observers. I reiterate again that it is only a matter of time before DHS kills more innocent people in Minnesota. Congress needs to shut this shit down right now.
In either case, the answer is to abolish DHS, prosecute its leaders and many employees, bar all of its employees from future public service, then replace it with something better.
The reason is that in the case of Possibility #1, there is no reforming such an agency.
In the case of Possibility #2, there is also no reforming such an agency. Any agency that puts untrained, armed terrorists on the street must be destroyed.
It's a culture issue, not a training issue.
