- Not sure who needs to hear this (actually I am - looking at you MAGA), but people cannot be illegal. Actions are illegal, people are not. We have a whole legal system to deal with actions.
- The lack of documentation is part of the problem. We’be created a slave-like underbelly of people which both keeps them in poverty and pushes down wages for everyone else. The fix to this is to create a pathway to legal status for those that are here and have not been convicted of a violent crime.

- Let’s talk about MAGA’s use of the term “invasion” to justify their anti-constitutional policies. An invasion is defined as the movement of an army into a region, usually in a hostile attack that's part of a war or conflict. If immigrants are an Army, they are the worst-fed one since Waterloo!

- This article refers to far right extremists as “ fiscal hawks”. Sorry, but no. A fiscal hawk would be trying to figure out how to balance the budget, not passing tax cuts for the rich and working to reduce services in order offset a tiny percentage of that.
