This is the direct result of the lack of consequences for the architects of the torture program. Either there will be criminal penalties for this or it will expand.
- "For the 1st time, RSF has classified the state of press freedom globally as in a 'difficult situation' & following several years of decline, conditions for journalism are now rated poor in 1/2 the world’s countries". The top country for press freedom is Norway. UK is 20th, Canada 21st, US 57th.
