Noticed this bear in Nahariya, thought it reminds me of Berlin, and indeed, turns out it's a bear painted by "A.Wolff" to commemorate partnership of Nahariya and Berlin Tempelhof-Schöneberg district. Among stuff drawn there's Tempelhof airport and the memorial to Berlin airlift.
