Using a single MRI sequence, we measured individual-specific relaxation factors and proton density for MRS quantification, removing the impact of individual differences in tissue relaxation on metabolite levels.

Sourdough loaf on the Weber Kettle, using a Pizza stone. It turned out pretty good. Good rise, but the crumb could have been a bit better, not as "chewy" as I would like it.
