i always play rivals with a friend and we climbed to gm, nearly celestial (one win away! 😭) without joining chat. i still play overwatch comp solo and it's fine. and a lot less stressful without some loser shrieking slurs in your ear

Yeah, I usually mute people in voice who are annoying 🤣 I've not muted the chat yet, but I have considered it a few times. And ranking with a friend is sooo much better than solo! I'm only gold 1/plat 3, I can def feel that hero shooters are a whole different thing than the games I usually play 😆

I'm sorry :( it's always shitty, no matter the rank. people say the vibes get better as you climb but I've heard some of the worst shit in my life in high elo overwatch games. gross

yeah ive seen it the other way around tbh. games get higher quality for sure, but people are nicer on bronze/silver

yeah role queue makes it easier!! when I played ow it was solo and no role queue so it fucking sucks. also we should do some comp together if you're console on marvel hehehe although I am not gm so maybe we cant play together on comp :(
