- True communism hasn't been achieved anywhere yet, because any attempt at socialism or communism tends to get disrupted by capitalist powers (shocker), embargo'd, tarrif'd, foreign intervention, etc. If you look at the *system*, then yes, communism is objectively more democratic than capitalism
