The United States sorely needs an opposition party right now.

That said, I've long advocated that we either:
Abolish ALL political parties, or
Split BOTH parties into smaller parties that actually REPRESENT US FOR REAL.
With no Electoral College, our presidential elections would be one person-one vote, LIKE ALL OUR OTHER ELECTIONS.
And like the elections of ALL OTHER democratic nations.
With multiple parties, and a shared power system, we might have a chance of saving our nation from the antichrist's minions.

The DSA is the opposition party in New York and they are growing nationally.
