We commemorate and mourn the losses resulting from cuts to funding, programs, and people that have been both discriminatory and indiscriminate. We gather every Saturday at 10 am at the Medical Center Metro station at NIH in Bethesda. Opinions are our own.

- As we mourn and rage over the murder of Renee Goode and the lack of accountability that the ICE team will undoubtedly face, it is important to remember that BBB was part of a vision to reroute funding for education, housing, healthcare, and research into a weapon for murder and mass control.

The facility has no food vendor, no medical care, and detainees have to use toilets in the middle of shared cells. These are in no way suitable conditions to be holding anyone — period.
