It is beyond shameful and senseless that the National Endowment for the Humanities is third on this list. And for what? No reduction in budget, just mass grant terminations and staff layoffs. (And yes, we see the Institute of Museum and Library Services there at #5. Also shameful). #IMLS #NEH
