- One lesson the city didn't learn from stage 1 is implementing a jurisdiction dispute process for locations where riders must access land awaiting handover. Place d'Orléans has a short stretch where riders walk through Stage 2 space. It's been under plowed. A slip fall lawsuit would be "fun"!

- We are not likely to get good long-term results with these adjustments. This isn't a temporary problem. We risk burnout if people are asked for constant overtime. They are in demand and have other employment options. Yes, it gives a small surge. But this is not a 2 week problem.
