- It took 7 years to recruit 51 patients for the IMPACT single-arm study on certiluzomab on top of LMWH-aspirin shows adverse outcome in 20% which is lower than non-contemporary controls. #ISTH2025

- Intriguing findings from a high-quality prospective study on SVT in #pregnancy and #postpartum. Incident higher, heterogeneous treatment, but low rate of #DVT and #PE. I was surprised and so were the authors. Would love to see the full results. #ISTH2025
- Having fun and enjoying excellent science #ISTH2025 now on to my favourite topic #pregnancy and #thrombosis. Interesting cohort study on #LMWH - with therapeutic dose postpartum - still VTE. I think it could be a problem with adherence even though this was assessed by self-reporting
