- Perhaps it is a function of the (on average) older commenters. Schools are less front of mind. But it is surprising.
- I don't have a great theory. We included smaller developments which might matter some but not sure that theory fits with the traffic finding. Maybe @katherineeinst.bsky.social or @maxwellpalmer.com have ideas?
- I think we see schools mentioned more around large developments, especially affordable housing developments. Since we included every multi family development in our sample, that might affect our results.Mar 13, 2025 21:24
- Also, for traffic, I think in the Boston area traffic comes up in every conversation, regardless of topic.
