- Y’all. I hurt myself at the gym last week - and instead of ignoring it, I made an appointment with my doctor when it wasn’t something that immediately cleared up. And when I went and the prescription was anti-inflammatory and rest, I wasn’t angry I’d wasted my time. That’s HUGE growth for a Texan.
