Extortion-level tariffs won't bring manufacturing back to the U.S.
1) New factories are run by robots. They don't need scads of workers, they need a few programmers, engineers, and managers to tune the assembly lines.
2) If we gouge & extort them, other nations will form new alliances, WITHOUT us.
We don't have the material resources to make everything we have become accustomed to having here. We need trade and no tariffs.
