Post engagements
Back to post- Finished today. Brilliant, unflinching book. Brought back lots of memories. My dad works for the council and took calls from people living in the LA during lockdowns. I remember the toll it took on him, just listening. Will be picking up Keshed when it’s out @stuhennigan.bsky.social
- This is a heartbreaking book at times, & if you're engaged with British politics then I think it's as close to a must-read as you can get. Not theorising or presenting big political ideas, but showing the reality of lives kicked down the hole of austerity.
