21km in the rain and mud with 768m of climb for today's run. Aim was to keep the heart rate down below 130, even on the steep hills! Very muddy but enjoyed every minute. Found a strange porcelain dog guarding a camera in the side of the hill at Heddons Mouth. Weird! #garmin #trailrunning
