- Trump's campaign manager credited James Comey putting his thumb on the scale for his 2016 "win." Trump had massive illegal intervention from Russia in 2016 and 2024. Now Trump wants to steal the vote by nationalizing voting. The GOP knows their agenda is a failure and they can't win a fair fight.
- One lesson from the Epstein–Mandelson affair is that we need to stop routinely rehabilitating political careers after serious scandals. When politicians knowingly engage in grave ethical wrongdoing, that should permanently end their political careers. Being "talented" should not override that.
