- My insomnia reading was the transcript (down in the thread) which might be the most disastrous attorneying I have ever seen *or heard of*. He convinces the judge he is probably lying, he is rude, his defense is incompetence, and he opens with “let me give you my four-level model of collaborating.”

- What the hell is the New York Times doing? In its article on Trump posting a video that included a clip of the Obamas as apes, NYT tries to help him come up with an excuse: "It was unclear if Mr. Trump was aware that the clip had been included in the video before he shared it." WTF.
