We will explore new mechanisms in eukaryotic gene expression, leveraging ‘evolutionary play’ to uncover how regulation, repurposing, and hijacking shape RNA biology. PhD positions available!
- Excited to share our review on protein storage! Oocytes across species face the same challenge: maternal factors must be deposited and stored. Protein storage and proteostasis are exciting topics in germ cell biology, and I think we can learn a lot from other dormant systems! doi.org/10.1146/annu...
