Rain'li has a frustrating tendency to assume he knows what the people around him need or how they feel without asking them, and can act rather paternalistically based upon that flawed intuition. He never quite outgrew that same arrogance of assuming he knows best that he hates in other Sharlayans.
what makes your wol weak/flawed/ugly. im not talking like "they're overly trusting" or "they're too kind" like what makes your wol kind of suck

I have a big fight blocked out between him and G'raha early in their relationship when he eventually calls him on this behavior. Rain'li, who is still not over ShB, will hit back that he of all people has no right to complain about making decisions on someone's behalf without talking about it first.
Also boy is it hard for him to break this bad habit when he's right just often enough that it reinforces the behavior.
