- I said it when Labour introduced tuition fees. I'll say it again. That was the thing end of the wedge and it was always leading towards cutting off education as an engine of social mobility.
- Naah. I'm calling shenanigans. A man of conscience would be honest about the fact that we can't recover the damage of Brexit outside of the single market and customs union. He's nothing of the sort.
- I dunno, its like the same shady powers that are named and disgraced in the Epstein files are using this all as a wedge issue to push us into hating on other people who are tangentially mentioned or not mentioned at all.
- You know, there are times when we over-interpret things, or misinterpret things, or just take things out of context. This is not one of those times. Its just... racist. Its as simple as that.
- Reposted by Cab DavidsonThis is overt racism. Full stop. There’s no ‘misinterpretation’ and no excuse. This is who he is, who he’s always been, and why he should never be anywhere near power again. And there’s a reason the tapes from The Apprentice have never been released.

- Reposted by Cab DavidsonMandelson’s malign influence runs right through the heart of this Government. Not least in the govt’s NHS data deal with Palantir – a spy-tech firm co-founded by a man who thinks the NHS should be ‘ripped up.’ I've written to Wes Streeting urging him to ditch this dangerous deal.
- Reposted by Cab DavidsonYes, quite. It's the biggest scandal of this administration, so far, probably. It's an average Tuesday under Johnson.
- This is how we reel in the damage social media barons can do. Hold them responsible for content. We should never have accepted the differentiation between 'platform' and 'publisher'.
- Wasn't literally the whole point of Starmer that he wasn't going to be a merry go round of u-turns and scandals like the Tories had been? Its not really a matter of why he'd have to go any more. The question is, I think, what's the point of him staying? @mrjamesob.bsky.social

- This is humiliating for Starmer.
