As a business last year we gave up 4% of all our revenue between staff/good causes. This year we plan on same. What's not included in the 4% are social premiums we pay to co-ops on our 2 biggest coffees (El Puente & Aprysa which combined make Kaleidoscope). Last year this premium equated to $8,500.
