- I just followed up on my open ticket with Visa regarding their decision to apply undue pressure to Steam and Itch.io over the sale of legal content. The first person tried again to direct me to email. He refused to get me a supervisor. He said, "We have provided you all the relevant information."
- To be clear, no information was provided to me. I provided THEM the information a week ago when I called. He then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back. The person I spoke to read a script from me that was filled with lies, including "We process payments for all legal transactions."
- Visa is now actively shutting down calls regarding their censorship and prohibition of the sale of legal product. They clearly retrained their staff on how to deal with our calls.
