To be clear, no information was provided to me. I provided THEM the information a week ago when I called. He then proceeded to hang up on me.
I called back. The person I spoke to read a script from me that was filled with lies, including "We process payments for all legal transactions."

They clearly retrained their staff on how to deal with our calls. That doesn't happen unless there's critical mass.
KEEP IT UP. They are trying to turf the calls as fast as they can.
