Password reset processes always trip me out. Broadcom/VMWare... enter email > click forgot password > verification email with code > enter code > then... "If there's an account, and reset email will be sent...".
Why verify the email if it's not associated w/ an account??
I did one of those the other day with quickbooks and it let me reset someone else's password, the bookkeeper that used to use our account, I could see all the businesses he was working on, but couldn't see my own because I didn't have the user name, if you lose that its gone forever apparently :/
