- Reposted by Angela CassidyOne more comment on the Post debacle: this hurts journalism broadly. Good journalists will go do something else. The rest will be fighting for fewer jobs and everyone will earn less. Fewer people will take up the career. The damage done is to the ecosystem, as well as the paper.

- Reposted by Angela CassidyJust a quick note to @greenparty.org.uk and @greenpartyhan.bsky.social - I was not consulted on being quoted on your leaflets and I have not endorsed your campaign (or any campaign in this seat). I think this note, like the bar chart next to it, is misleading and out of context.

- Reposted by Angela CassidyI wonder if our university leadership team are grateful that we didn’t vote for their preferred candidate for Chancellor in 2015, Peter Mandelson, and elected Lemn Sissay instead.

- Reposted by Angela CassidyWe're looking to capture experiences of what it means to be queer in the UK today! To do that we're collecting day diaries for 12th February. It doesn't matter what you get up to, or how you record it, we'd love to have it!🧵 (1/4) #LGBTplusHM #lgbthm26
- In 1982, inspired by the work of MO the National Lesbian and Gay survey began, it sought to capture what everyday life was like for queer people living in the UK. For our latest open call we're continuing the work of NLGS and asking what does it mean to be queer every day? #lgbtqhistory

- Reposted by Angela CassidyOh. My. God. Chomsky talking about the 'hysteria' that has developed about the abuse of women and giving Epstein advice on how to handle the media. In 2019. The Media studies discipline and much of the left should reflect on the power given to this one flawed man to shape generations of thought.

- *IF* Goldsmith does work with Reform (note how much work that 'has been approached' is doing in this story), will pour salt on Labour govts peculiar hostility to wildlife, widen fissures in green politics between climate/green transition & conservation agendas. Not good news, to put it mildly.

- Reposted by Angela CassidyThis. I'm not a BBC-basher but IMO Mason is a poor political journalist. It's not that he's 'biased' per se, it's that he reports politics as a kind of giggly spectator sport and as such is preoccupied with spectacle, talking up 'exciting' events rather than analysing them. 1/2
