Everyday fans are priced out of everyday hobbies.

- Men in comics have an entire machine designed to protect them from bad behavior - from the way they flaunt their infidelity at conventions to the way they ghost any accountability for the harm they knowingly cause so many people, with the protection of others whoturn a blind eye because of “fame.”

They are radioactive, fragile men who so often are the ones described as “difficult”, “controlling”, “bullies”, or “lacking empathy” while insisting it’s unfair they’re not seen as the “good guy.”
- It’s time we dismantle the machines they’ve built to allow them to avoid consequences for their cruelty. And it’s time we do more to support the survivors who are haunted by these men’s choices. What legacy do we want to leave behind?
- This isn’t about Neil Gaiman. This also isn’t new. But the last month has opened my eyes to how many of my peers - who I thought I respected - conduct themselves this way and it’s incredibly disappointing.
- How could I not be excited about the new SUPERMAN after that trailer?
- Excited to see where this goes. It feels like Superman, which is encouraging.
